When will my order from TC Acoustic Thailand be delivered?

Thank you for choosing TC Acoustic! All local orders over ฿8,000 enjoy complimentary delivery.

For Non-Pre-Order Items
Orders placed before 9am will be processed on the same day. Delivery lead time varies depending on your location:

• Within Bangkok: 2–4 working days (excludes public holidays and weekends)
• Outskirts of Bangkok: 3–5 working days (excludes public holidays and weekends)

We do not deliver on Sundays or public holidays. Orders made on a public holiday will be processed the following working day.

For Pre-Order Items
The estimated delivery date is displayed on the product listing page before you add the item to your cart. Pre-order items are shipped out as soon as they arrive.

Can I track my TC Acoustic order?

For local deliveries within Thailand, we don't provide tracking numbers, but rest assured your order will arrive within the delivery lead time for your area (2–4 working days within Bangkok, 3–5 working days for the outskirts).

Is shipping free with TC Acoustic Thailand?

Yes! Shipping is free for orders above ฿8,000.

For orders under ฿8,000, a flat delivery fee of ฿300 applies.

Can I update my delivery address after placing an order?

Yes, let us know as soon as you can, before delivery. We can check if your order is eligible for a delivery address change.

What happens if I miss my delivery?

Please note that a ฿300 fee applies on the third redelivery attempt.

Can I order from TC Acoustic Thailand if I'm overseas?

Yes! We ship internationally from TC Acoustic Thailand to selected countries.

Shipping options and fees vary depending on your destination — just head to checkout to view what's available for your region.

Will I get a tracking number for international orders?

Yes, absolutely. Once your order is shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email so you can follow its journey to you.

How long does international delivery from TC Acoustic Thailand take?

Delivery times vary depending on your location.

For international orders, shipments typically take 7–21 business days. Once your order is on its way, you'll receive a confirmation email so you can track its journey to you.

What are the international shipping charges?

Shipping fees depend on your location. You can view exact charges with our shipping calculator at checkout.

For international orders, taxes and customs fees may also apply.

Do I need to pay customs tax for international orders?

Yes, you may need to. Orders shipped outside of Thailand may be subject to import taxes, customs duties or fees — these are usually collected once your order reaches your country.

These charges are determined by your local customs authority and are the buyer's responsibility.

If you're unsure, we recommend checking with your local customs office before ordering. And of course, if anything feels unclear, our Serving Happiness Team is here for you.

Can I update the delivery address for an international order?

If your order hasn't shipped yet, we'll do our best to help! Just reach out to our Serving Happiness Team ASAP via Live Chat or phone.

Once the parcel is with our international courier, we may not be able to make any changes. But reach out anyway — we'll always try to assist where we can.

Self pick-up
(Pre-purchase)

Can I split shipping and self pick-up in the same order?

To use different delivery methods (like one item for self pick-up and another for delivery), please place separate orders.

When is the earliest I can collect my order?

You can pick up your order as early as the next working day (Mon–Fri) if you place your order before 11pm daily.

Your order will be ready for collection at Sonos Store by TC Acoustic. Our Serving Happiness Team will share the store details and collection timing with you.

Can I pick a different time slot for self pick-up?

We're flexible! If your preferred date or time isn't showing during checkout, just reach out to our Live Chat team (10AM – 8PM) and we'll try our best to work something out for you.

Why does my address show up when I select self pick-up?

That's just your billing address from Shop Pay or Google Pay — your order will still be ready for collection at Sonos Store by TC Acoustic.

No worries at all — we'll be ready to welcome you when you come by!

Where do I collect my self pick-up order?

Your pick-up order will be ready for collection at Sonos Store by TC Acoustic.

Our Serving Happiness Team will confirm the store address and operating hours when your order is ready. See you in-store!

What time can I collect my order?

You'll get an email once your order is ready. After that, feel free to head down during the store's operating hours — no appointment needed, just pop by!

What should I bring when collecting my order?

Please bring along your order confirmation email so we can verify your details quickly.

Need to reschedule your self pick-up?

How long will my order be held for collection?

We'll send a reminder if your order isn't collected on your chosen date.

Orders not picked up after 14 days will be refunded minus a 3% platform fee.

Can I pick up my order at a different location?

Currently, self pick-up is available only at Sonos Store by TC Acoustic.

Can I switch from pick-up to delivery (or vice versa)?

Can someone else collect my order on my behalf?

How do I register for an item that I received as a gift?

You can register your product on our Product Registration page by entering the product details (model, serial number, etc.) along with your proof of purchase.

How do I check my warranty registration?

Once you've registered your product with TC Acoustic Thailand, you'll get a confirmation email from donotreply@tcacoustic.com.sg.

Anycover

What is Anycover Extended Warranty from TC Acoustic Thailand?

Anycover gives you extra peace of mind by extending your product's warranty beyond the standard manufacturer coverage.

You can choose to add 1, 2, or 3 years of extended protection when you check out.

What does the Anycover plan protect?

Anycover gives you extra protection for your TC Acoustic product beyond the standard manufacturer's warranty. It covers manufacturing defects, such as problems with sound quality, wireless connectivity, or other issues caused by faults in production.

Anycover does not cover wear and tear, accidental damage (for example, dropping your device or spilling liquid), misuse or improper handling, or repairs done by unauthorized parties.

Can I make more than one claim with Anycover?

Once a claim has been made under Anycover during the extended warranty period, the extended warranty will end, and no further claims can be made.

How do I make an Anycover warranty claim?

We're here to help! You can book an appointment at the TC Acoustic Experience Centre for any warranty claims.

Our team will assist you with troubleshooting your product and verifying your Anycover validity. If your product is confirmed to be faulty, we will proceed with your Anycover warranty claim.

Refunds, Returns & Exchange

What is TC Acoustic's refund policy?

While TC Acoustic does not cover buyers' remorse and orders placed are non-refundable.

Should there be any exceptions in which refunds are permitted, we will need to charge a refund and restocking fee.

What is TC Acoustic's exchange policy?

If a product is deemed as defective on delivery, recipient may contact TC Acoustic for an exchange.

Our policy allows for exchange of item(s) if it meets all of the following criteria:

1) The item(s) is/are returned within seven (7) days from the delivery date
2) The item(s) is/are supported by a proof of purchase (E.g. Receipt, Invoice)
3) There is a valid reason for the return or exchange

Valid Reasons:
a) Damaged: The product was damaged when you received it
b) Defective: The product does not function according to manufacturer’s specification
c) Incorrect/wrong item: A wrong product has been delivered (E.g Wrong Colour, Wrong Item)
d) Missing items/parts: Missing items/parts as indicated on the product packaging
